Each Vendor desiring to do business at the "Positively Dover" African American Festival 2012 should read the Letter of Welcome/Invitation and accompanying Conditions.  After referring to the Map of Booth Locations please select either the Electronic Registration Form (below) or the Mail-in Registration Form.

Fill out the form below, following the directions to register electronically. Registration (before June 1, 2012) prevents late fees ($25 added for regular and service vendors; $50 added for food vendors! - charged after May 31, 2012) Please use the Tab key to move to each new box, avoiding the Enter key (use of Enter will submit a blank form).

$125 plus $50 Maintenance Deposit (refund will be mailed out 10 days after successful checkout), for a total of $175 (this will be $25 more after May 31, 2012.

    FOOD VENDOR

$175 plus $100 Maintenance Deposit (refund will be mailed out 10 days after successful checkout), for a total of $275 (this will be $50 more after May 31, 2012.
