Each Vendor desiring to do business at the "Positively Dover" African American Festival 2018 should read the Letter of Welcome/Invitation and accompanying Conditions.  After referring to the Map of Booth Locations please select either the Electronic Registration Form  or the Mail-in Registration Form.

Follow the directions to register electronically. After May 31st add a late fee of $25 for regular and service vendors, and$50 for food vendors

 REGULAR & SERVICE VENDORS -

$125 plus $50 Maintenance Deposit
Refund will be mailed out 20 days
after successful checkout), for a total
of $175.  (This charge will be $25 higher after 
May 31, 2018).

 FOOD VENDORS -

$175 plus $100 Maintenance Deposit
(refund will be mailed out 20 days after
successful checkout), for a total of $275
